The software cannot reach the domain in order to validate the username and password combination. Windows cannot authenticate the set of username and password as it is not a known user profile.
Option 1: Connect the system to the domain either physically or through VPN and retry.
Option 2: Use a set of credentials that do not require an active domain connection. This can be:
- A local account – any local account
- The current logged in account irrespective of whether it is local or domain.
- A domain account that can log into Windows. Any domain users that have an active profile on this system will be able to authenticate into the software.
